Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.

How to Start a Return
Email us at trunkhaunt@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
